How great would it be if there were a space where you could fill your heart's desire without having to face the heat or the chaotic traffic outside, and where you could engage in any activity you wished within the confines of your own home?
Ginggaanbai took on the challenge of redesigning and transforming this space into a minimal modern garden that caters to every need of the garden owner, whether it's relaxation, work, meetings, or even small gatherings.
It all starts with changing the front fence to look a bit more neat and modern, with a long continuous roof extending to the parking area, providing convenience without the fear of rain or sunlight. Adding small artworks as playful elements at the house number but making them intriguing from the front gate.
Ginggaanbai opted to use cobblestones for pathways to create an atmosphere and utilize the color tones of these floor panels, blending them with other elements in the area to give a warmer overall ambiance.
The relaxation areas are scattered throughout, with different furniture types chosen for each corner, ensuring versatility for various activities. From lounging at the garden bar to reclining on daybeds by the pool, a mix of smoky white and beige colors, surrounded by greenery and a blue pool, creates a soothing visual experience. Tall Ficus fences provide privacy, while large plants are strategically placed to provide shade.
The cozy white and smoky wood tones provide a cozy atmosphere, with two buildings demonstrating the relaxing vibe. The larger building next to the swimming pool features a jacuzzi and is designed to look spacious and interesting, with wooden frames designed as alcoves for sitting close to the water or diving into the pool. Inside, there's a gym, a terrace lounge, and two seating areas: the garden bar and sunbeds, arranged to support poolside activities. There's also a concealed shower beside the building, and tall pine trees offer privacy and shade.
For the workspace corner, Ginggaanbai designed it to be visually appealing next to the pool, with areas for meetings, coffee breaks, or family relaxation, as well as space for computers and work equipment. Ratten doors are used to reduce the formality of the workspace atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed view of the garden and pool, or even stepping out to catch some breeze for a fresh perspective.
This pool villa garden creates a private oasis, enhancing creativity and happiness whenever needed, as if it were a joyful escape for any need.
